THE PROCESS

A Clear Pocess,
Scaled to Your Needs

Smaller projects move through each step more lightly; larger projects go deeper. Either way, the process stays clear — you always know where we are, what’s happening, and what comes next.

1. research

Understanding Before Touching

We start by looking, properly. What we look at depends on the order. It may include everything the brand has put out, the market you sell in and where it's moving, the brands you actually lose customers to, and the way your brand talks when nobody is editing. We experience the competitors as a customer would. We browse the shop, read the captions, stay a while. On bigger projects we also talk with two or three of your customers. A few honest conversations often tell us more than a survey.

You receive: the audit readout — a short document of findings. It's usually where the first "I never noticed that" happens. You do: fill in the intake form, give one interview, send what exists. Nothing else.

2. strategy

The Argument Before Aesthetics

We distill the research into a position: who the brand is for, what makes it the only one of its kind in its market, and what it sounds like. If nothing makes it the only one yet, we tell you that honestly — with what would change it.

You receive: the brand brief — one page. Vision, essence, audience, the position. Nothing gets designed until you've approved it. This single rule is why the design survives later.

You do: one working review, one written approval.

3. DESIGN

The Creative Leap

Internally we explore wide. To you we present narrow: up to three directions, never more, each shown in real contexts — on your product, in your feed, next to your competitors. Never a logo floating on a blank page. And we talk about what each direction does, not just how it looks: does it position you against the brands from the research? Would someone recognize it scrolling past, without reading your name?

You do: choose one. Feedback comes consolidated, in writing, from one decision-maker.

4. ROLLOUT

The World Applied

The chosen direction is refined and carried across everything in your order — files, templates, assets, lookbook, posts — highest-visibility pieces first, so the things your audience sees most are the things we polish hardest. Two revision rounds are part of every price.

You do: review the rounds, supply what production needs.

5. DELIVERY

The Finalé

Delivery is a package, not a folder dump: final files in a named, versioned structure, a guideline that explains what the brand stands for — not just spacing rules — and a call walking you through using it all. One piece of advice we give every client for free: launch internally first. Your own team should be able to say the idea in one sentence before your audience ever sees it.

You do: own the world. Run it yourself — or keep a table at ours.

AFTER THE PROJECT

The Aftercare

Some weeks after delivery, we check in: how is the system holding up in real use? And when the world starts producing — the drop lands, the feed finally accumulates — that's usually when brands take The Creative Direction, the monthly table. Offered once, never pushed.
